Our Service and Product Policies - Virtual Biowellness
We hope the below gives you helpful details to assist booking a session with us, or enables you to find a solution when making changes to your existing sessions or services.
Once the form has been submitted, Virtual Biowellness will be underway with prioritizing your request. Hence, we do not offer an option for a refund, cancellation or exchange.
ZOOM OR CALL SESSIONS
24 HOURS IN ADVANCE
We enable next day appointments. At the time of booking online, the earliest time you can select an appointment is 24 hours+, as we like to allow time for you to fill in the Health Questionnaire in advance.
LONGER THAN 24 HOURS FROM YOUR APPOINTMENT
If you need to reschedule an appointment, then you must do so at least 24 hours in advance. For the appointments scheduled on Monday, the changes must be made no later than Friday.
Your appointment can then be rescheduled for a new time within a 6 month period from your original appointment, simply by clicking on the prompt in the email communication received.
WITHIN 24 HOURS FROM YOUR APPOINTMENT
If you are within the 24 hours of your appointment, you can offer someone you know to take your appointment. Please provide your friend or family with the health questionnaire:

We ask that the questionnaire is shared as soon as possible, ideally 4 hours prior to the appointment. If you offer your appointment to someone, we would appreciate you emailing and to let us know.
If you are unable to find someone to take the session within less than the 24 hour notice is given, or in case of no show or late arrival, we reserve the right to charge you for the missed appointment or redeem one session of the previously purchased series.
SERVICES AND PRODUCTS
There are no refunds for services (sessions). We can provide a refunds on product orders if there are any delays with delivery. Virtual Biowellness will email you to confirm timings, and at this time, you can let us know if you would like to cancel the order if that is your wish.
The treatment packages are custom designed by a Virtual Biowellness to help you achieve the maximum results. Each session is designed as a continuation of the previous sessions, and all sessions in the package need to be completed within 6 months since the first session. As the sessions in the packages are discounted from the regular, individual sessions, there is absolutely no refund if you decide to stop the treatments.
If there is a lapse of six months or more between the sessions, we may need to charge the you the difference between the discounted price of the session and the full price.
